Hyderabad is located in the state of Andhra Pradesh, sometimes referred to as the city of pearl since it is the biggest market of pearl jewellery in India.
The city was founded by Mohammed Quli Qutub Shah in the year 1591. Many dynasties came to this city and made various beautiful monuments and forts that reflect different architectural senses. Qutb Shahi Dynasty was the founder of the city and contributed a lot to its development. After 1687, Mughal emperor Aurangzeb conquered Hyderabad, after his death in 1724, Asaf Jah who was the administrative controller of Viceroys handled the city. The cities’ rich history make this a great stop in any itinerary where you get the chance to explore the city’s streets, grand palaces and monuments.
