There are few interconnecting rooms in the property for family stay. The hotel provides free cots and high chairs. Children menu available at the main restaurant. Babysitting service available on request. There is a children’s playground for younger children and activities such as pony rides can be arranged on request.
It has two restaurants, one offering an unusual dining option in a converted train carriage. Two bars offer high tea options and unique tea cocktails. Other facilities include a small spa, library, gym, children’s playground, bicycles to rent and live entertainment. Activities such as pony rides, nature trekking, and sightseeing tours of the tea plantation are arranged for guests on request.
